Data Archival/Removal
Procedure: Once the purpose has been achieved, the user's information is transferred to a separate database, or in the case of paper, a separate document. It is then stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws and regulations before being immediately destroyed. Personal information transferred to the database will not be used for any other purpose unless permitted by law.
Period: Personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the end date of the retention period. If the information becomes unnecessary due to the processing purpose being achieved, termination of the relevant service, or closure of the business, it will be recognized as such and destroyed within 5 days from the date it is deemed unnecessary.
Method: Electronic files will be destroyed using technically irreversible methods that prevent the reproduction of records. Personal information printed on paper will be shredded or incinerated for destruction.
Account and Personal Data Deletion
How to Request Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time. If you wish to request deletion, you may do so through the following methods:

Once an account deletion request is submitted, the user’s account will be immediately deactivated. As a result, login and access to the service will no longer be available, and the user’s profile and activity history will no longer be visible to other users.
Process: Upon receipt of an account and data deletion request, we will verify the identity of the requester. Except for information required to be retained under applicable laws, the account and related personal data will be deleted within 30 days from the date of request.
Exceptions to Deletion: Certain personal data must be retained for a legally required period under applicable laws, including but not limited to records related to contracts or withdrawals, payment and supply of goods, and consumer complaints or dispute resolution. Such information will be securely destroyed without delay once the statutory retention period expires.
Completion Notice: Once account and data deletion is completed, the user will be permanently withdrawn from the service, and related information cannot be restored.

파기절차: 이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다. 이 때, DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
